What Will Be Left Next Time

by Kristi Hines · Arizona, Black Canyon City, HDR

My last thoughts when leaving the greyhound park was what would we would find on our next visit. Would things remain as they are now? Or will things be taken down, bit by bit, until nothing remains but a gutted, empty structure with nothing but graffiti covered walls and broken glass on the ground.

It does make you wonder what will remain but the next trip may reveal new images that would not have been possible before. Great shot to close the series – love the focus on the glass, it makes it feel as though the rest of the building is fading away…very fitting image!

Wow, how poignant my friend. Your framing and selective DoF on this shot really brings home the melancholy feel of what you must have experienced there. What an awesome series, I really enjoyed it very much! Best wishes, have a great weekend you guys!!

Nice image.

It’s sad to see somewhere that you have an attachment to get trashed, but that’s the way of the world and of urbex, everywhere is transient and always changing, its just something that you have to accept.
