Room with a View

by Kristi Hines · Las Vegas, Nevada

One of the perks of getting a room on the 18th floor at Treasure Island during a conference was the view of the hotel across the way. I also got a good view of fireworks flying by the window from the Sirens show at night. Definitely not the hotel you want to stay at if you need to sleep. But then again, who sleeps in Vegas?

Great processing and lines. What I really like is the immense feeling of size. That hotel just looks monstrous!

Nice shot, agree with Scott that this one looks very ‘clean’; it’s like the architectural mockups that would have been made for the building design.

I am so hoping to get back to vegas. It’s been over 10 years. I’d love to make it to the photography conference in February, but always have something going on. Plus, i’m used to no sleep!!!!!
