Pop Goes the Weasel at Glacier Point

by Kristi Hines · Yosemite National Park

It’s not often that someone comes back from a famous photography destination with so few of the expected photos. Yet that’s what I did on our trip to Yosemite National Park earlier this month. After processing my favorite photos, they consist of small mammals, a hint of urbex, and abstracts.

One of my favorite wildlife shots is this one. While I was photographing a little squirrel, I noticed movement out of the corner of my eye. He had just popped out of his home for a few moments, but I managed to capture him. What a cute little guy!

Camera: Nikon D90 with Nikon 18-300mm
Processing: Adobe Lightroom 3
