Out of Focus on the Beach

You know how sometimes, you take a photo planning to do one thing, but then it comes out completely different? This is one of those shots. It was pre-HDR and pre-Nikon, and all I wanted to do was get a closeup of the little thing on the sand. But what I captured was the beautiful sky in the background instead…

Totally diggin’ those crazazy light rays coming down from the sky like the good Lord himself! I think this is perfect, Kristi; it turned out to be a really interesting image.
