Monsoon Lightning

by Kristi Hines · Arizona, Fountain Hills

A week ago I shot my first bolt of lightning. Fast forward to this weekend and I now have several awesome lightning photos, but by far, this one was my favorite. Thank you monsoon season for giving me (and Jason) lots of electrical magic to practice with!

It looks like it’s absolutely alive, Kristi! What an incredible photograph! As I mentioned in Jason’s shot, I love the city in the bottom of the frame there, it really adds so much drama & context to the scene.
