Freak Power Graffiti

by Kristi Hines on April 14, 2011 · Australia, St Kilda Beach

While doing a little urban exploration through St. Kilda Beach, we stumbled upon some awesome street art next to the Palais Theatre that my husband shot. Freak power never looked so beautiful in my opinion.

Seeing Graffiti all over today! [and yesterday]. Cool processing how you left the graffiti nice and colorized. That purple work in the middle is wild and amazing

Yeah, I’m not sure if it’s just coincidence or a trend – I had planned to post mine since this weekend, and it seems to fall in perfect timing with everyone else. :)

I like how you make everything black and white except the wall. Nice find.

Thanks Ryan! At first I only did B&W on the trees, but adding it to the ground (thanks to the hubby’s suggestion) made it really pop!

I really like the selective B&W treatment, it makes the graffiti wall pop even more. Nicely done!
